Testosterone Replacement Therapy
$125.00 for the initial labs and physical plus $195.00 per month which includes the following:
• All follow up physical examinations
• All follow up lab testing
• All follow up patient consultations
• All medication, regardless of dosage, to optimize gains in testosterone levels.
At Royal Men's Medical Center our complete therapeutic testosterone program consists of three main medications. *For example, a standard program usually consists of the following:
1. 1 cc per week of Testosterone Cypionate 200mg.
2. 50 units twice a week of HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin).
3. 2-6 pills twice a week of Anastrozole 1.0mg.
*Please, note that dosage may change depending on the patient's profile and doctor's guidelines.
Testosterone Cypionate is used to increase and optimize testosterone levels. The dosage varies and is determined by the prescribing physician. Patients' medical history, lab results, and physical all factor in during diagnosis .
HCG is used to prevent testicular shrinkage and maintain natural production of testosterone within the testes.
Anastrozole is used to control the levels of estrogen within the body. Yes, men have estrogen as well. Some men have high levels of estrogen naturally. Other men may see an increase after being placed on testosterone. Elevated estrogen can cause unwanted belly fat, breast fat, mood swings and loss of libido. This hormone has a tendency to work against testosterone. This is why at Royal Men’s Medical Center we closely monitor the estrogen levels within our patients to ensure their estrogen is kept at a low level.
At Royal Men's Medical Center our program is not cycled. With our research and experience we believe the correct program is to maintain the levels of testosterone consistently without cycling. This is the reason why we prescribe testosterone, a testicular stimulant and Anastrozole simultaneously on a continuous basis.

Follow-up is the key success for our patients and Royal Men's Medical Center:
- • 60 days after beginning the testosterone program, the patient will be required to follow up with additional labs. This is to determine that the diagnosis and dosages are on target. If we are not pleased with your levels, the regimen will be altered to suit the best results for the patient.
- Physicals will be conducted at least once per year as requested by the physician or patient.
